As a general rule, packages are sent within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, through the CORREOS EXPRESS company with tracking number and delivery without signature. Please contact us if you do not receive the tracking number.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The items boxes are well protected. In case of receiving the packaging in poor condition, you must notify it in the agency's delivery note and send us the incident to info@muchmoretrails.com. We recommend that you open the package in front of the delivery person to check that everything is correct.

Once 72 hours have passed since receipt, returns or claims for damage or missing merchandise are not accepted.

The delivery time depends on the destination. In Spain and the Peninsula the term will be from 3 to 7 days. In the Islands and the rest of Europe from 5 to 20 days.

Changes and returns caused by product defects or errors in the material will be borne by Much More Trails.

Changes and returns for any other reason will always be the responsibility of the customer.

The payment of returns will be made by the same payment method. Once we check that the merchandise is in good condition.

The delays derived from the management by the transport company will not be the responsibility of Much More Trails.
